Big Creek runs behind the house. The waterfall is about half a mile away on a rugged, unmaintained route that reaches National Forest land.
The Main House sleeps up to 14: three king bedrooms sleep six adults, the bunk room sleeps six children, and the daybed in the loft above the living room sleeps two adults. The Full Estate sleeps 17, adding the Carriage House: a king bed for two and an oversized sofa for one adult, with linens provided.
Yes. Enter step-free from the garage to the main level, with a king bedroom and ensuite bath, half bath, kitchen, living room, and deck. The bathroom has a bathtub, not a roll-in shower.
The final stretch winds through the mountains. Allow extra time and use good judgment in winter weather.
